The 3 Ms of Moving Forward

  • Have a growth Mindset (not a fixed mindset)

  • I don’t know YET vice I don’t know.

  • You don’t lose, you learn – “You win, or you learn” – John Maxwell. 

  • “I’m” “Possible” NOT Impossible?  

  • Opportunities NOT roadblocks

  • Use Mindfulness

  • Pause: take a deep breath (feel how that impacts your physical body)

  • Observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

  • Reflect on the question, “what’s important right now”

  • Take purposeful action.

  • What’s your Motivation

  • Know your why. Your “why” equation – B+V+P=P (Beliefs, Values, Principles=Purpose)

  • Why do you walk the planet? What keeps you up at night? What distracts you? What’s your 5-9?

  • #BeAsBuilt - “There is no one alive you-er than you” Dr. Seuss – Operate in your unique “youness”
