Pause: take a deep breath (feel how that impacts your physical body)
Observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

Take purposeful action.
What’s your Motivation?
Know your why. Your “why” equation – B+V+P=P (Beliefs, Values, Principles=Purpose)
Why do you walk the planet? What keeps you up at night? What distracts you? What’s your 5-9?
