Introspection

 A few thought points:

- “The good life is using your signature strengths every day to produce authentic happiness and abundant gratification. This is something you can learn to do” - Dr. Marty Seligman, Authentic Happiness

- Why do I do what I know I shouldn't?  From prison, St. Paul addresses "Cognitive Dissonance"in his letter to the Romans around  AD 56.  Consider reading Romans 7.  Additionally, ethicist Gerry Needleman, A.W. Tozer and MANY of the Ancient Greek Philosophers also address the "Cognitive Dissonance" conundrum.

- "Leave the distracted masses and join the focused few" - Cal Newport, Mathematician

- Reflect & Journal on the question: "Who Am I?"

Have a great week, a Reflective Maundy Thursday, an Introspective Good Friday and a Celebratory Easter!
