As an Educator, I am a Leader: Conclusion

            Thank you for taking the time to ponder the realm of Educators as Leaders. Ideally, you are at least slightly better equipped to enable a student to gain something unpossessed before entering your academic space.  I hope you were able to view the preceding blog posts with a critical, self-evaluation, vulnerable, growth-focused eye as to become the best version of yourself, the best educator you can be. 

As educators continue to influence using portions of the mentioned theories, be it Situational, Contingency, Transformational, ALT, LMX, Path-Goal, Team, or the myriad of others, I pray your aperture may have been opened if not only a fraction as to potential ways to better influence.

           Please be sure use the comment section at the bottom of the blog as desired because we, as a team, are much stronger than any one of us alone.

          Again, I say, Thank You for what you do & please continue to Influence in your very own special way!
